Bank Transfer:

This is the recommended method, because it ensures communication between us. We will email an invoice to you, which you can print and take it to the bank for making the bank transfer.


Credit Card:

For any given product, simply click on ‘Add to Cart’. Once you are done shopping, click on ‘View Cart’ or click the shopping cart icon in the top right of your screen. While on the View Cart page you can change the quantity of items in your cart. When you are ready to pay, just click ‘Check Out’.

Shipping outside USA please contact us to confirm the shipping cost first.

*NOTE: Some credit/debit cards only allow you to charge a limited amount daily. If payment fails, you may have to contact your bank.

After Submitting Payment:

• Please e-mail or fax the receipt of the bank transfer after the payment was made.

After you have made a bank payment to our company account, please allow some time for this payment to go through:

1-3 working days for the banks to complete the transaction, depending on the banks (ask your bank at the time of making the transfer);
1 working day for us to process your payment and match it to an order.

You will receive an email from to confirm that we have begun processing your order for delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs,  Buyers must prepay return shipping charges and return with original package to our warehouse at Asia.

Exchange policy

1. The item has been strictly checked and packaged in good condition before shipping.

2. If the item is defected and damaged in the process of transport, we will replace a same item for you within 15 days of purchase at our discretion. But you must contact us first within 72 hours after you receive the item,  also show us the proof of damage.

3. Buyers must prepay return shipping charges and return with original package to our warehouse at Asia.



2 year limited(parts only)warranty. (consumable parts like laser tube, printerhead 3 months)

Buyer can ship back damaged part for repair or exchange new free of charge within the warranty period.


Shipping Terms

Product lead time  5-10 days,  shipping time depend on use which shipping method.


Shipping methods

via Express, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS:
Courier door to door shipping service, usually takes around 3 to 7 days to major destinations.

via AIR:
Recommended for bigger shipment (minimun weight 45kg). Airmail shipment can take around 3 to 7 days to major destinations.

via Ocean Freight:
We can handle your export shipment to all major ports/city in the world. Recommended for heavy shipment (weight over 130kg).
